Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and assist with day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or Customer Service are a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service and/or office administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic office software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience

Working Hours

  • Full-time position.
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM � 6:00 PM (with potential flexibility for remote work).
  • Occasional overtime may be required based on workload.
