You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining safety standards, and assisting with the operational needs of the airport. Key Responsibilities:
- Airport Drivers:
- Safely transport passengers, luggage, and cargo within the airport premises.
- Ensure timely and secure delivery of passengers to designated terminals or other areas.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness and operational standards of the vehicle.
- Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure the smooth flow of passenger traffic.
- Assist with passenger check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures.
- Ensure all necessary documentation and identification requirements are met for passengers and luggage.
- Address passenger queries, provide directions, and assist with special requests.
- Support in loading, unloading, and organizing baggage and cargo in coordination with the ground crew.
- Ensure adherence to safety and security regulations at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Airport Drivers:
- Valid driving license with clean driving record.
- Ability to drive different types of airport vehicles (shuttles, carts, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
Ground Staff:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Customer service experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of airport safety and security protocols.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or transportation role is preferred, but not required.
- Experience in an airport setting or similar high-traffic environment is a plus.
Working Hours:
- Shifts will vary and may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Full-time and part-time positions are available.
