Key Responsibilities
Office Administration:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Prepare and manage documents, correspondence, and reports as required.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for senior management.
- Assist with employee onboarding and other HR-related administrative tasks.
Customer Service Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Provide assistance to customers regarding products, services, or any issues they may be facing.
- Resolve complaints, process orders, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain customer records and update them as needed in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any pending issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree or higher preferred).
- Proven experience in office administration or customer service (minimum of 1 year).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with office management software and CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in an office administration or customer service role.

Working Hours
- Full-time, Monday through Friday.
- Regular office hours: 9:00 AM ďż˝ 6:00 PM (with occasional flexibility as needed).
- Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods.
