  • Assist clients with any travel-related issues, including last-minute changes, cancellations, or special requests.
  • Maintain and update client travel records and ensure that all travel arrangements are in compliance with company policies and client requirements.
  • Communicate with airlines, hotels, and transportation providers to ensure smooth travel experiences.
  • Handle booking requests via phone, email, or online platforms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor travel budgets and suggest cost-effective travel options for clients.
  • Ensure accurate processing of travel invoices and receipts.

  • Provide post-travel support, including gathering feedback and addressing any post-travel concerns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in travel management, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of global travel regulations, booking systems, and travel industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and vendors.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in using travel booking software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in travel management, travel coordination, or customer service.
  • Prior experience with corporate travel management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with travel booking platforms and Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is a plus.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time, with flexible working hours.
