Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, assisting with shipment tracking, delivery status, and billing.
- Utilize FedEx’s internal systems to resolve customer issues quickly and accurately.
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone throughout each chat interaction.
- Document customer interactions for follow-up and quality control purposes.
- Address and resolve escalated customer complaints as needed.
Qualifications
- Must reside in or near Kansas City, MO, and be authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or live chat experience preferred.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely.
