Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review user-generated content including product reviews, photos, and Q&As
- Apply Wayfair’s content guidelines and policies to approve or remove submissions
- Escalate complex cases or trends to the trust and safety team
- Help identify process improvement opportunities
- Maintain accurate documentation of moderation decisions
- Ensure a high level of content integrity and platform safety
