We are seeking a motivated and dynamic SaaS Product Sales Executive to join our sales team at Fresher Jobs Hub. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect & Generate Leads: Research and identify potential clients who would benefit from our SaaS solutions. Cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and webinars to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our SaaS products.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely follow-ups, nurturing relationships, and meeting sales targets.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and pain points, positioning appropriate SaaS products as solutions to their challenges.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to develop strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and the latest SaaS innovations to effectively position our products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Sales Experience: 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS or IT software sectors.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Tech-Savvy: A solid understanding of SaaS products, cloud technologies, and IT software solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • CRM Tools: Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1-3 years in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or IT software-related industries.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in a consultative selling approach is a plus.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time role with flexible working hours.
  • Option to work remotely or from the office depending on location and preferences.
  • Occasional travel may be required for client meetings and industry events.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of the SaaS sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, presentations, negotiations, and closing.
