About the Role:
We’re hiring 3 driven Appointment Setters to join our remote sales team. You’ll be responsible for cold outreach to businesses (B2B), introducing our high-ticket services, and setting qualified appointments for our closers. This role is fast-paced and results-driven—ideal for someone confident, resilient, and ready to grind.
What You’ll Do:
• Perform cold outreach via calls, texts, and emails to business owners and decision-makers
• Identify interest and book qualified sales appointments
• Follow up consistently and track all activity in our CRM (HighLevel)
• Communicate professionally and stay sharp on product knowledge
• Hit weekly performance targets and participate in daily team check-ins
Who You Are:
• Fluent in clear, professional English
• Confident and persuasive on the phone
• B2B experience or appointment setting experience preferred
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic—you follow through and show up every day
• Experience with HighLevel CRM is a major plus
• Coachable, consistent, and hungry for results
