About the position
Responsibilities
- Foster strong customer relations with Buyer, Assistant Buyer, and ICS.
- Deliver Net Sales growth and share objectives.
- Effectively negotiate trade deals to drive profitable business and positive ROI.
- Manage Trade Budget, Rate and Drive Net Sales Realization.
- Responsible for managing accurate sales and shipment forecast.
- Develop and leverage a thorough knowledge of the customer, industry, and competitive landscape.
- Own customer meetings and create the tactical plans to deliver Costco and Abbott's key objectives.
- Develop and deliver team strategies, objectives, goals, and key performance metrics.
- Actively lead, engage, and work with internal Abbott Nutrition functions, peers & colleagues to drive business results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years direct sales experience, preferably in the consumer packaged goods industry to Costco
- Strong record of exceeding sales growth and share objective
- Effective interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to analyze data/market trends to effectively develop presentations, provide recommendations, and forecast performance
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Circana.
