About the position

Responsibilities

  • Foster strong customer relations with Buyer, Assistant Buyer, and ICS.
  • Deliver Net Sales growth and share objectives.
  • Effectively negotiate trade deals to drive profitable business and positive ROI.
  • Manage Trade Budget, Rate and Drive Net Sales Realization.
  • Responsible for managing accurate sales and shipment forecast.
  • Develop and leverage a thorough knowledge of the customer, industry, and competitive landscape.
  • Own customer meetings and create the tactical plans to deliver Costco and Abbott's key objectives.
  • Develop and deliver team strategies, objectives, goals, and key performance metrics.
  • Actively lead, engage, and work with internal Abbott Nutrition functions, peers & colleagues to drive business results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-3 years direct sales experience, preferably in the consumer packaged goods industry to Costco
  • Strong record of exceeding sales growth and share objective
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to analyze data/market trends to effectively develop presentations, provide recommendations, and forecast performance
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Circana.
