Join SharkNinja as an Early Talent Recruitment Intern to support marketing and program development in a dynamic environment.
Your Role:
Key responsibilities include:
• Creating and scheduling content for digital and social media campaigns with Employer Branding and Marketing.
• Supporting the Early Talent Program Manager in organizing professional development events and networking opportunities.
• Assisting in logistics and coordination of campus recruiting events and university partnerships.
• Conducting research on recruitment best practices and offering strategic recommendations.
• Building and maintaining presentations that capture program outcomes and metrics.
• Tracking candidate feedback and event outcomes for continuous improvement.
• Contributing to operational tasks like maintaining spreadsheets and updating recruitment materials.
• Sharing ideas to enhance SharkNinja’s Early Talent recruiting strategy.
About You:
The ideal candidate is:
• Currently pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Able to work onsite in Needham, MA, at least 2 days per week from mid-September to mid-December.
• Available for a full-time schedule from June through August, with partial remote work.
• Skilled in written and visual communication, with attention to detail and design.
• Familiar with tools like Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, and social media platforms.
• Proactive, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Interested in enhancing early career talent experiences.
