Job Summary:

The Elite Job is seeking a talented and experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team. This key role involves designing and implementing reward systems that ensure a competitive and fair compensation structure. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in creating comprehensive compensation strategies, including salary structures, bonus plans, and benefits packages. You will work closely with HR, finance, and leadership teams to drive employee satisfaction and retention through effective reward systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage the companys compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends.
  • Conduct regular salary benchmarking to ensure the organization remains competitive in the industry.
  • Develop and manage bonus, incentive, and other reward programs.
  • Work with leadership to evaluate and adjust compensation packages to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
  • Oversee the annual salary review process, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to analyze compensation data and recommend improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with compensation best practices, legal changes, and industry trends to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
  • Provide training and guidance to managers on compensation policies and practices.
  • Handle inquiries related to compensation and benefits from employees and management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or equivalent professional certification is an advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, benefits administration, and reward systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex compensation data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and senior management.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and compensation software (e.g., Workday, SAP, PayScale).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, with a focus on designing and implementing reward systems.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a multinational or large-scale organization.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing compensation strategies that drive employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Previous experience working with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and Legal.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
  • Standard business hours with flexibility as required for key project deadlines and team meetings.
