Given our U.S. based operations, your shift will likely be during the evening or graveyard hours in the Philippines, perfectly aligning with a stable and consistent schedule. Your first call comes in—a customer needs help changing a flight reservation for an upcoming family trip. You greet them with a warm, professional tone, listen attentively to their needs, and navigate our system to find the best possible solution. You patiently explain the options and the associated fees, and you successfully complete the changes, all while ensuring the customer feels valued and understood. Between calls, you might respond to a few customer emails, coordinate with a supervisor on a complex issue, or participate in a virtual team meeting to discuss new policies. What You'll Do: Be a Champion for Our Customers As a Remote Customer Care Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responsible for providing high-quality support across various communication channels. Your extensive responsibilities will include: Inbound & Outbound Communication: Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in a timely and professional manner. Problem Resolution: Listen attentively to customers' needs and challenges, then use your critical thinking skills and company resources to find effective and lasting solutions. You will troubleshoot issues related to flight reservations, baggage, loyalty programs, and other travel-related matters. Information & Guidance: Provide accurate and comprehensive information about flight schedules, booking policies, loyalty programs (SkyMiles), and other services. You will serve as a knowledgeable resource, helping customers with everything from changing their flight to understanding their benefits. Detailed Documentation: Accurately and thoroughly document all customer interactions and case details in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Maintaining detailed records is crucial for ensuring continuity and high quality of service. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with your fellow team members and supervisors to share insights, escalate complex issues when necessary, and contribute to a positive and supportive virtual team environment.
