Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Create and grade assignments, tests, and exams, providing constructive feedback to students.

Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and professional development programs to stay updated with teaching methodologies.
Encourage and facilitate extracurricular activities related to Tamil culture and language.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Tamil, Education, or a related field.
Strong command of the Tamil language (both spoken and written).
Certification in teaching or related educational qualifications preferred.
Proven ability to teach and manage students effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create and implement innovative and engaging lesson plans.
Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching.

Experience

Prior teaching experience in a primary or secondary school setting is preferred, though not mandatory.
Experience in teaching Tamil as a second language or in an international setting is a plus.

Working Hours
