<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We are seeking a driven, resourceful Business Acquisition Specialist to help us identify,</p><p>evaluate, and acquire established blue-collar service companies. This person will be at the</p><p>front line of our growth strategy, sourcing high-quality opportunities, building relationships</p><p>with owners, and managing the acquisition process from lead generation to closing.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>• Deal Sourcing – Identify potential acquisition targets through research, networking,</p><p>cold outreach, industry events, and broker relationships.</p><p>• Owner Outreach & Relationship Building – Initiate conversations with business</p><p>owners, build rapport, and present our acquisition criteria in a compelling way.</p><p>• Initial Screening – Evaluate businesses based on financials, market position, team,</p><p>and operational fit.</p><p>• Acquisition Pipeline Management – Maintain CRM with all prospect data, notes, and</p><p>deal progress.</p><p>• Negotiation Support – Assist leadership in preparing offers, term sheets, and deal</p><p>structures.</p><p>• Due Diligence Coordination – Work with accounting, legal, and operations teams to</p><p>facilitate smooth transactions.</p><p>• Market Intelligence – Track industry trends, competitor acquisitions, and local market</p><p>opportunities.</p><p></p><p>Qualifications</p><p>• Proven experience in business development, mergers & acquisitions, private equity</p><p>sourcing, or B2B sales.</p><p>• Strong communication and negotiation skills.</p><p>• High level of persistence and ability to build trust with business owners.</p><p>• Basic understanding of financial statements and business valuation.</p><p>• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.</p><p><strong>Preferred</strong></p><p>• Experience with service-based businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping,</p><p>pest control, etc.).</p><p>• Existing network in the service industry or with business brokers.</p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>• Base Salary: $60,000 – $90,000 (depending on experience).</p><p>• Performance Bonus: % of closed deals, typically ranging $20,000 – $100,000+</p><p>annually based on results.</p><p>• Potential equity or profit-sharing in acquired companies for top performers.</p><p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p><p>You’ll be part of an aggressive growth initiative in a recession-resistant industry, backed by</p><p>a proven leadership team.
