Our Senior Care Division is hiring a Provider Quality Outreach Supervisor! This role will support the Supplemental Data Collection team by overseeing five (5) Tennessee regional coordinators to ensure the team meets goals, monitors progress, trains new staff, and helps solve problems. The team performs medical record reviews to support data collection of the value-based provider groups for improving quality star measures including Medicare Advantage (MA), Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans (DSNP), and Commercial lines of business. The supervisor will secure access pathways to medical records and ensures medical record feedback to provider groups is timely and appropriate. Additionally, the supervisor will assign external attestation audit reviews, analyze data for trends, and interpret findings for provider feedback. The supervisor verifies accurate reporting of productivity and actively assists in driving improvements and resolving issues. The ideal candidate is an RN with HEDIS experience who thinks creatively, multi-tasks well, and excels in communication. This remote position is Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, and involves 10% travel throughout Tennessee. If this opportunity interests you, we encourage you to apply! Job Responsibilities Deep understanding of the line of business quality program. Assisting with the implementation and execution of strategy related to the provider engagement and provider quality program. Contributes to the development and execution of multiple provider education and engagement campaigns. Analyzing and interpreting provider data to help make meaningful improvements in provider quality ratings. Tailor outreach programs to provider resources, capabilities, and performance. Must be able to travel approximately 60% of the time Various immunizations and/or associated medical tests may be required for this position. Job Qualifications Education Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required; OR, Registered Nurse with active license in the state of Tennessee or hold a license in the state of their residence if the state is participating in the Nurse Licensure Compact Law. Experience 2 years - Supervisory experience required 5 years - Experience in the healthcare industry required Skills\Certifications Demonstrated ability to effectively work with senior leadership teams Ability to speak in public and conduct effective presentations.
