Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker, Professional Counselor, or Clinical Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in social work, counseling, or psychology and demonstrate a commitment to improving the lives of individuals and families. This role involves providing support, counseling, and advocacy for clients facing various challenges, including mental health issues, addiction, and family dynamics. The clinician will utilize evidence-based practices to assess client needs and develop effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide child family counseling to support clients in navigating complex family dynamics.
• Utilize telehealth services to reach clients in need of remote support.
• Implement cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to assist clients in managing their mental health.
• Administer psychological testing as needed to evaluate client conditions and progress.
• Offer addiction counseling services to individuals struggling with substance use disorders.
• Engage in research activities to stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in social work.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care and support.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Experience
• A masters degree or higher in Social Work, Counsleing, Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Previous experience in patient care or social work is preferred, particularly in child family counseling or addiction counseling settings.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and practices is a plus.
• Strong skills in patient assessment, psychological testing, and cognitive behavioral therapy are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective client interaction and documentation.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with research in the field of social work is expected.
• Full license, or limited license in your field

Pay: $55,332.00 - $98,053.00 per year
