<p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p>
<p>The Campus Enrollment Project Manager will lead and coordinate the full process of enrolling school districts and campuses into iEducate’s tutoring program for Spring 2026. This includes managing the project plan, aligning internal teams and external contractors, and ensuring timely completion of key milestones such as meetings, agreements, and approvals. The role requires strong project management, clear communication, time management and attention to detail to keep all stakeholders informed and the enrollment process on track.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul><li>Lead and manage the full enrollment project lifecycle for school districts and campuses, from initial interest through program launch, across multiple simultaneous partnerships.</li><li>Manage communications and progress updates across teams by providing clear, weekly status reports to the CEO, COO, and Leadership Team.</li><li>Maintain and update a centralized project plan and enrollment tracker, outlining key milestones, owners, and deadlines; ensure all steps are executed on time.</li><li>Oversee and manage external sales contractors, ensuring alignment with enrollment timelines and accountability for lead conversion and milestone completion.</li><li>Generate and share tailored pricing quotes and cost breakdowns for campuses or districts in collaboration with the iEducate team.</li><li>Own the school-specific follow-up process, including scheduling meetings, responding to inquiries, and sending follow-up communications as needed.</li><li>Track completion of all enrollment-related documentation, ensuring timely execution of documents such as MOUs, data sharing agreements (DSAs), background check requirements, and vendor approval forms.</li><li>Coordinate smooth handoffs between external sales contractors and the iEducate team, ensuring clarity of roles and messaging consistency.</li></ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree.</li><li>Prior experience in project management, preferably in education, nonprofit, or client-facing environments.</li><li>Ability to create and maintain detailed project plans and progress trackers.</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.</li><li>Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Monday.com, or other project management software.</li><li>Commitment to iEducate’s mission and values.</li></ul>
