Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and business goals.
- Create and post job advertisements on various job boards, social media platforms, and industry-specific websites.
- Proactively source candidates using different methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate the interview process, manage candidate pipelines, and provide timely feedback to all stakeholders.
- Negotiate job offers and manage the hiring process, including background checks and contract finalization.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates, ensuring all candidate interactions and progress are logged.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and professional interactions.
- Stay current with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and the competitive hiring landscape.
- Partner with HR and department heads to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking.
- Strong negotiation skills, with a focus on finding win-win solutions for candidates and the organization.
- Sound knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources management.
- Experience working across different industries or recruiting for various roles is a plus.
- Prior experience working in a fast-growing company is preferred.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position with standard working hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
