About the position
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update data in the company's database.
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality in compliance with company policies.
- Verify the accuracy of data entries by cross-referencing with source documents.
- Generate periodic reports and summaries as required by management.
- Assist in organizing and managing paperwork and electronic files for easy retrieval.
- Support other administrative functions as necessary to enhance office productivity.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with data to appropriate personnel.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in data management is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and data management software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
