In this role, you will provide clinical oversight and supervision to Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs) while supporting our mission to deliver high quality care across multiple states.
Description
Essential Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants across multiple states
• Review and approve clinical protocols and practice guidelines
• Participate in regular chart reviews and quality assurance activities
• Ensure compliance with state-specific supervision requirements
• Serve as a clinical resource for complex cases and care escalations
• Contribute to the development and refinement of clinical workflows
• Participate in provider education and professional development initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership on clinical operations and quality metrics
• Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
• MD/DO with current, active licenses in multiple states (IMLC participation preferred)
• Active unrestricted licensed in one of the following states: GA, SC, CA, MS
• Minimum 3 years of clinical practice experience required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexibly across time zones
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with digital health platforms
• Prior leadership roles in clinical operations
• Background in quality improvement initiatives
• Familiarity with MSO/PC models
• Experience developing clinical protocols
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in healthcare
• Demonstrated experience supervising NPs/PAs preferred
• Experience with telemedicine and virtual care delivery preferred
• Board certification or Board eligible preferred
