About the position

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks including trash removal and light floor care.
• Clean walkways, steps, and mats.
• Vacuum, dust mop, and wet mop floors as needed.
• Clean assigned areas including furniture, telephones, fixtures, walls, windows, window sills, blinds, and vents.
• Use appropriate cleaning solutions for assigned tasks.
• Set up for events by arranging chairs, tables, podiums, or other furnishings based on a design layout.
• Maintain adequate supplies in bathrooms and supply closets.
• Collect and remove trash and recyclables.
• Dispose of hazardous waste as required.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and PPE requirements.
• Drive fleet vehicles and conduct daily inspections and safe operations as needed.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in English.
• Ability to understand and follow communicated instructions.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and to bend, stoop, twist, and walk up to 2 miles per day.
