<li>Travel Advisory:Offer expert advice on destinations, travel arrangements, and travel insurance options to clients</li>
<li>Problem Solving:Handle any issues or concerns that arise during travel, such as flight cancellations or itinerary changes, and provide timely solutions</li>

<strong>Requirements:</strong>

<li>Experience:Proven experience in acustomer service role orwithin the travel industry</li>
<li>Skills:Strong communication skills (verbal and written), excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in using travel booking platforms and CRM systems</li>
