Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in technology or innovation-driven roles.
Strong experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex product development processes.
Excellent understanding of agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the capacity to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly solutions.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present and justify product decisions.
Experience with product lifecycle management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and the ability to collaborate with designers to ensure a seamless user experience.

Experience:

Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering technology products from inception to launch.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a demonstrated ability to adapt and innovate in response to evolving market conditions.
Previous experience working with software development teams, understanding of technical architecture, and familiarity with cloud technologies is highly desirable.
Experience in managing products that have a direct impact on user experience, business efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Working Hours:

Full-time position with flexible working hours.
