<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Set quarterly and annual sales targets, analyze key sales and market data, and provide regular forecasts.</li>
<li>Drive proactive outreach to identify and pursue new business opportunities, alliances, and service lines.</li>
<li>Expand the company’s global market presence, with a strong focus on the United States.</li>
<li>Optimize the sales funnel to improve lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-client conversion rates.</li>
<li>Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts, maximising revenue and identifying upsell opportunities.</li>
<li>Lead, mentor, and build processes for the sales team; establish efficient workflows and best practices.</li>
<li>Monitor, analyze, and report on sales KPIs and pipeline health, presenting insights to management.</li>
<li>Collaborate in the development of pricing models and promotional campaigns.</li>
<li>Plan and administer the sales department budget and incentive schemes.</li>
<li>Design, refine, and manage sales commission structures.</li>
<li>Champion the accurate use of CRM tools, ensuring diligent reporting and client correspondence.</li>
<li>Actively participate in the continuous improvement of sales strategies and operations.<strong><br></strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in inside sales, including proven IT services sales experience related to Atlassian or Monday.com products.</li>
<li>Strong consultative selling skills with a customer-first mindset.</li>
<li>Up-to-date with IT software trends, particularly Software as a Service (SaaS), ERP, and cloud-based solutions.</li>
<li>Proficient in discussing software development practices, digital features, and technical marketing of services.</li>
<li>Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience managing and growing client accounts.</li>
<li>Strategic and analytical thinker, capable of executing and optimizing sales strategies.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; native or near-native English proficiency.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms.</li>
<li>Self-motivated, confident, and results-driven “doer.”</li>
<li>Experience mentoring sales representatives and designing sales processes.</li>
<li>Prior experience with pricing, budgeting, and commission scheme management is a plus.</li>
<li>A valid U.S. visa is highly preferred.</li>

<p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,000 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">This position is for an independent contractor,&nbsp;through a payroll platform.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.&nbsp;</span></li>
