Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies and processes to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Manage and optimize inventory levels, ensuring the right balance between supply and demand.
• Oversee procurement and vendor management, negotiating favorable terms and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor supply chain performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage supply chain risks and resolve issues related to delays, shortages, or disruptions.
• Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance, cost savings, and potential improvements to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards throughout the supply chain process.
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on metrics.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
• Proven track record of improving supply chain processes, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency.
• Experience managing and leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours

• Full-time position.
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Occasional overtime may be required based on project demands.
