Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions to optimize processes, improve data management, and enhance user experience.
  • Develop Apex code, Lightning components, Visualforce pages, and integrations to meet specific customer requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior team members.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, including design specifications, testing procedures, and deployment plans.
  • Conduct system analysis and recommend solutions to optimize Salesforce functionality.
  • Lead testing and troubleshooting efforts to ensure seamless implementation and maintenance of Salesforce applications.
  • Participate in regular meetings with clients to review progress, address issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies, trends, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
  • Experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration techniques.
  • Proven ability to design and implement custom solutions using Salesforce tools.
  • Experience in data management, including data migration, transformation, and cleansing.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to work with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Platform Developer) are preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Salesforce Technical Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Experience in both remote and onsite engagements with clients across diverse industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering Salesforce projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior staff.

Working Hours:
