Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
Design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions to optimize processes, improve data management, and enhance user experience.
Develop Apex code, Lightning components, Visualforce pages, and integrations to meet specific customer requirements.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior team members.
Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, including design specifications, testing procedures, and deployment plans.
Conduct system analysis and recommend solutions to optimize Salesforce functionality.
Lead testing and troubleshooting efforts to ensure seamless implementation and maintenance of Salesforce applications.
Participate in regular meetings with clients to review progress, address issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies, trends, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
In-depth understanding of Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
Experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration techniques.
Proven ability to design and implement custom solutions using Salesforce tools.
Experience in data management, including data migration, transformation, and cleansing.
Solid understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions.
Excellent communication skills to work with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Platform Developer) are preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Salesforce Technical Consultant or in a similar role.
Experience in both remote and onsite engagements with clients across diverse industries.
Proven track record of successfully delivering Salesforce projects on time and within budget.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior staff.

Working Hours:

Flexible working hours with options for remote work.
