- Assist customers in tracking packages, resolving delays, and correcting delivery information.
- Use internal software and systems to log interactions and manage tickets efficiently.
- Escalate unresolved or sensitive issues to team leads or appropriate departments.
- Provide clear information while representing FedEx with a customer-first mindset.
