Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job specifications.
Develop and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract potential candidates.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using databases, social media, and other channels.
Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate records and track recruitment metrics using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress.
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for selected candidates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in HR recruitment or a related role (freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are also welcome).
