Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with event organizers to ensure all technical aspects are addressed, including setup and troubleshooting of video/audio equipment.
- Develop scripts or outlines for smooth event flow and manage time effectively during sessions.
- Respond to audience questions, facilitate Q&A sessions, and provide live feedback.
- Manage attendee registrations, confirmations, and post-event follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote upcoming events.
- Maintain detailed records of event feedback to support continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx.

Experience

- Expected working hours: 15–20 hours per week, depending on event schedules.
