Kelly Education is seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President of Recruiting Operations to lead our national talent acquisition and recruitment efforts. This virtual role is a fantastic opportunity for a senior professional who is passionate about driving results, optimizing recruitment processes, and leading a team of high-performing recruiters across the U.S.

As the VP of Recruiting Operations at Kelly Education, you will oversee the development and execution of recruitment strategies that align with our mission of providing educational staff to schools nationwide. You will ensure that we attract and retain top-tier talent, while continually improving our operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a nationwide recruiting strategy to attract and hire top talent for educational roles.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals, setting performance goals and delivering results.
- Partner with senior leadership to align recruitment operations with organizational goals.
- Oversee the development and implementation of recruitment technology and tools.
- Analyze data and metrics to improve recruitment strategies and operational efficiency.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, districts, and education partners.
- Create and maintain a seamless recruiting process from candidate sourcing to hiring.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
- Drive continuous improvements in the recruiting process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in leadership or VP-level roles.
- Proven experience in a high-volume recruiting environment, preferably in education or staffing.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting technology, systems, and tools.
- Ability to lead a team remotely and effectively manage cross-functional relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage metrics to guide decision-making.
