Project Manager ďż˝ IT Infrastructure

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage IT infrastructure projects within The Elite Job. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of IT infrastructure projects, including hardware, software, and networking.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure project milestones and objectives are met.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and prepare detailed project plans.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and efficient resource allocation.
• Ensure effective communication across teams and stakeholders regarding project progress, risks, and updates.
• Identify and resolve issues and risks that may impact the projects success.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to IT infrastructure standards, policies, and best practices.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure project satisfaction and quality deliverables.
• Oversee post-project reviews and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, cloud computing, servers, storage solutions, and IT security.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) or similar frameworks is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Prior experience with managing remote and/or global teams is a plus.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position with flexible working hours.
• Occasional overtime may be required to meet project deadlines or attend global team meetings.
