Team Lead- Vision Roles & Responsibilities Acts as Liaison between Alta and client, Meets and maintains current SLA/SOP requirements and deadlines, generates and maintains team reporting Review and triage emails to Team DL move to SF (Compliance/HIPAA) Directs timely resolution of SF cases Ensures Follow up on outstanding tasks per SLA Delegates tasks as needed to end-users, flags action items - Assures WDWW (Who Does What and When) Tracks and maintains Client Reporting per contract Provides reporting to client Facilitates all meetings, Provides agenda for clinic calls Keeps MOM for CRM leading call Monitors daily E-bridge SLA Report Maintains daily Payment Details and Deposits emails Maintains Client Statements per Contract Creates Client Monthly Dashboard Coordinates staff training/education Additional Skills Ability to effectively interact with staff, clients, physicians/providers, and management at all levels Ability to work at a fast pace and maintain a high concentration level with accuracy Proficiency in ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and modifiers for professional fees Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines Proficient with computer applications (MS office, excel, etc.) Demonstrates ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to use critical thinking skills to identify operational, system or policy issues and communicate/escalate those issues through leadership chain Demonstrated analytical skills Responsible for patient management, patient accounting, billing and managed care system processes Performs work duties remotely, working on site as necessary for additional training and on-going education Adheres to internal and system-wide competencies, behaviors, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient work processes Apply tot his job
