As part of <strong>Travelier</strong>, the region’s leading land and sea transportation group, SeatOS is establishing itself as the premier <strong>Transport Management System (TMS)</strong> provider in the market.</p><p>To support our expansion, we are seeking a <strong>Business Development & Account Manager</strong> based in <strong>Manila, Philippines </strong>to drive growth and ensure long-term client success. This role encompasses both <strong>business development and account management</strong> responsibilities, requiring expertise in <strong>sales, relationship management, and customer retention</strong>. The successful candidate will play a key role in <strong>acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and optimizing revenue opportunities</strong>. This position reports directly to the <strong>Head of Sales & Customer Success</strong>.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Business Development</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and execute a strategic <strong>go-to-market plan</strong> to acquire new clients in the Philippines, ensuring alignment with company objectives.</li><li>Identify, pursue, and establish partnerships with key industry players, including collaboration with <strong>Travelier Group brands such as 12Go and Bookaway</strong>.</li><li>Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and contract execution.</li><li>Deliver compelling product demonstrations and business proposals to <strong>mid-market and enterprise</strong> travel companies in the Philippines and the broader SEA region.</li><li>Track, analyze, and optimize sales performance, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and continuous improvement of conversion rates.</li></ul><p><strong>Account Management</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.</li><li>Proactively monitor account performance and engagement, identifying opportunities for <strong>upselling, cross-selling, and increasing transaction volumes</strong>.</li><li>Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving business needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their operations with SeatOS.</li><li>Address customer inquiries and challenges in a timely manner, coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.</li><li>Work closely with <strong>Customer Success and Product teams</strong> to provide valuable market feedback, contributing to the development of new features and service enhancements.</li></ul><br> <b>Requirements</b><br><ul><li><strong>Fluency in Vietnamese and English</strong> (both written and verbal) is required.</li><li><strong>Based in Manila, Philippines </strong>(this role requires local market knowledge and in-person client interactions).</li><li><strong>Proven experience in business development, account management, or sales</strong>, preferably within the <strong>SaaS, technology, or travel industry</strong>.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to <strong>achieve revenue and retention targets</strong>, with a strong track record in sales pipeline management and client relationship development.</li><li>Excellent <strong>negotiation, communication, and presentation skills</strong> to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.</li><li>Strong <strong>problem-solving and analytical skills</strong>, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.</li><li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and departments.</li><li><strong>Willingness to travel regionally within APAC</strong> based on business and client needs.</li></ul><br>
