Key Responsibilities

• Audio Transcription: Listen to recorded audio (interviews, meetings, podcasts, etc.) and type the content with high accuracy.
• Editing & Formatting: Review transcribed text to ensure it matches the audio and follows our specific style guide.
• Speaker Identification: Correctly identify and label different speakers within a conversation.
• Quality Control: Use spell-check and grammar tools to ensure a polished final product.
• Deadline Management: Self-manage your workload to ensure files are returned within the requested timeframe (usually 24–48 hours).

Requirements & Qualifications

• Language Skills: Excellent command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Typing Speed: Ability to type at least 40–50 WPM (Words Per Minute).
• Listening Skills: Ability to discern speech clearly, even with background noise or different accents.
• Equipment: * A reliable computer or laptop.

  • A quality pair of headphones (highly recommended).
• No Degree Required: We hire based on your ability to pass our initial transcription assessment.
