Job Overview
We are looking for versatile and reliable General Typists to handle various "Ad Hoc" projects. Ad Hoc means "as needed"—this role is perfect for someone who wants to pick up work when it’s available without being tied to a rigid 9-to-5 schedule.
One day you might be transcribing a meeting, and the next you might be migrating data from a PDF into a spreadsheet. If you are a fast, accurate typist who enjoys variety and works well independently, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities

Document Conversion: Type out text from scanned images, handwritten notes, or PDF files into editable formats (Word, Google Docs).

Data Cleansing: Review existing lists or databases and type in corrections to ensure all information is up-to-date.

Transcription: Listen to short audio clips or video snippets and provide accurate text transcripts.

Formatting: Organize typed data into specific templates or tables provided by the client.

Administrative Tasks: Assist with basic typing-heavy tasks like email drafting, label creation, or list building.
Requirements & Qualifications

No Degree Required: We care about your typing speed and your ability to follow instructions.

Typing Speed: Minimum of 50+ WPM to ensure you can handle project volume efficiently.

Software Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (or Google Docs/Sheets).

Self-Starter: Since tasks are "Ad Hoc," you must be someone who checks communications regularly and can jump onto projects quickly.

Accuracy: A "get it right the first time" mentality. You should proofread your own work before submitting.
