Role Overview

We are looking for motivated and friendly individuals to join our growing support team as Live Chat Support Agents. In this role, you will be the "digital face" of our company, helping customers solve problems and navigate our services in real-time.

This is a no-phones position—all communication is handled through our text-based live chat platform. Whether you are a student, a stay-at-home parent, or just looking for a flexible side hustle, this role provides a stable way to earn a high hourly wage from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Respond to incoming chat requests promptly and professionally.

• Problem Solving: Assist customers with order tracking, account setups, and general product questions.

• Multitasking: Manage 2–3 chat windows simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy.

• Data Entry: Briefly document customer issues in our internal system to help our team improve.

• Escalation: Identify when a customer needs specialized help and route them to the correct department.

Requirements

• Tech-Ready: A reliable laptop or desktop computer and a stable high-speed internet connection.

• Typing Speed: Ability to type at least 40–50 WPM (words per minute).

• Communication: Strong written English skills with a focus on grammar and a friendly tone.

• Availability: Must be able to commit to at least 15–20 hours per week (flexible shifts available 24/7).

• Mindset: A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people.
