Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and friendly individuals to join our team as Chat Support Agents. This is a typing-only role—there are no phone calls or video meetings involved. You will be the first point of contact for our users, helping them navigate our services, answering their questions, and ensuring they have a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Handle incoming chat requests via our web-based platform.

Inquiry Resolution: Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and order statuses.

Technical Assistance: Guide users through basic website navigation and account setup.

Documentation: Briefly summarize interactions in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

Escalation: Identify complex issues and route them to the appropriate department when necessary.
Requirements & Qualifications

Typing Speed: Minimum of 45–55 WPM with high accuracy.

Communication: Ability to write in a clear, friendly, and professional manner.

No Experience Required: We welcome beginners! If you’ve worked in retail, food service, or any customer-facing role, those skills will translate perfectly.
