Amazon DSP ROUTE DELIVERY HELPER

About the position

CAFF LOGISTICS LLC is urgently hiring Route Delivery Helpers for our high-performing, results-driven team. This is a non-driving position located at the Amazon Delivery Station in Melrose Park, IL. We are looking for both full-time and part-time employees who are eager to contribute to our package delivery service in partnership with Amazon Logistics. As a Route Delivery Helper, you will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of packages according to established procedures in all weather conditions. This role requires the ability to lift and maneuver packages weighing between 50 to 100 lbs as part of a team, climb in and out of delivery vans, and navigate stairs as necessary. We are looking for dependable individuals with strong verbal communication skills who can work well with others. The position requires availability on weekdays and at least one weekend day, as well as holidays. Paid training and additional support will be provided to ensure you are well-prepared for your role. We offer competitive pay starting at $16.50 per hour, with bi-weekly pay and the opportunity for weekly performance-based monetary incentives, as well as seasonal performance bonuses during peak times such as Prime Days and the holiday season. Shifts typically include weekdays, weekends, and some holidays, with start times ranging from 9:50 AM to 8:45 PM, and shifts lasting up to 10.5 hours, including a 30-minute lunch break option.

Requirements

• Must have a valid ID in the state of residence.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Successfully pass a pre-employment 4 panel drug test.

• Eligible to work in the U.S.

• Ability to work well with others and demonstrate verbal communication skills.

• Dependability and reliability are a must.

• Ability to lift/maneuver packages from 50 lbs to 100 lbs as part of a team.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a delivery or logistics role is preferred but not mandatory.
