Job Overview
Are you a "people person" who loves to communicate through text? We are looking for Virtual Text Chat Operators to provide real-time assistance and engagement for our clients and customers. In this role, you won't be on the phone; instead, you will use your typing skills to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide information via live chat platforms.
This is a no-experience-required position. We provide all the training you need to become a pro at digital communication. If you are tech-savvy, helpful, and can type quickly, this is the perfect flexible remote role for you.
Key Responsibilities

Live Interaction: Respond to incoming chat requests promptly and professionally.

Problem Solving: Assist users with basic troubleshooting, order tracking, or general inquiries.

Multitasking: Manage 2–3 chat windows simultaneously while maintaining a high quality of service.

Documentation: Use our internal system to log brief summaries of customer interactions.

Brand Voice: Follow company guidelines to ensure a friendly, helpful, and consistent "voice" in every conversation.
Requirements & Qualifications

Strong Typing Skills: Ability to type at least 50 WPM to keep up with live conversations.

Excellent English: Strong command of grammar, spelling, and "text etiquette."

Tech Comfort: Ability to quickly learn new chat software and navigate multiple browser tabs.
